Butter Club bakes on a schedule rather than to stock. Everything is made fresh for a delivery day, which is why the timings below matter.
Where we deliver
Delivering across Hyderabad We do not ship outside our delivery area, and we do not courier cookies across India — they are baked to be eaten within a day or two, and post does not treat them kindly.
If you are unsure whether we reach your address, ask us before ordering through our contact page.
When we deliver
We bake and deliver on Saturdays. Orders for a given Saturday close at 7:00 pm the evening before. Anything ordered after that goes to the following bake day.
We contact you on the number on your order to arrange a delivery window. Please keep that phone reachable on the day — a home kitchen has no depot to return your cookies to.

The exact delivery charge for your order is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
If nobody is home
We will call the number on your order. If we cannot reach you, we will leave the order with someone at the address, or at a safe spot you have named in your delivery instructions.
If we can do neither, the order comes back with us. Because these are perishable baked goods we cannot re-deliver them the next day, and an order that failed because the address or phone number was wrong, or nobody could receive it, is not refundable. Please do check both at checkout.
Delays
Weather, traffic and the occasional oven mishap happen. If your delivery is going to be late we will tell you. If we cannot deliver at all, you receive a full refund including the delivery fee — see the refund and cancellation policy.
Allergens
Everything is baked in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, wheat, dairy and eggs. We cannot guarantee any item is free of traces, including our eggless cookies. If you have a serious allergy, please talk to us before ordering.
