Butter Club, since the very first batch

It starts with leftover cake batter and a grandmother's kitchen, and it ends — for now — with a cookie we finally got right.
Where it begins

She used to bake cakes for us, and we'd wait around the kitchen to get our hands on the leftover batter. I think that's when we discovered a major sweet tooth.

We both grew up in boarding schools, so we never really got to spend much time together. During COVID, baking gave us a way to reconnect. We started baking every recipe we could find.

The first name
What began as a way to reconnect soon became something we genuinely loved, and eventually grew into a dream to build a bakery of our own.

2023
After COVID we left for our higher studies, in different cities. The page went quiet. The dream didn't.

We nailed one really good chocolate chip cookie
We sent a batch to our friends. Within a day, everyone wanted a bite.
And then came our first order.

We sent a batch to our friends. Within a day, everyone wanted a bite — and then came our first order. That little cookie experiment became Butter Club.

Today
Then we rebranded, and now we're building. The dream is much bigger: brownies, bombolonies, donuts, sourdough, apple pie, and really good coffee. We want Butter Club to feel like a place you belong — where you come for the food, stay for the people, and keep coming back because it feels like yours.
Every box that leaves our kitchen is baked the same day, by hand, in small batches. Welcome to the club.
